Gluten free multi mix 1000 g

Gluten free mix for general use suitable for pancakes, dumplings, pasta, muffins and cakes

Ingredients: corn starch, potato starch, corn flour, millet flour, thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum.

Suitable for people intolerant to gluten.

Ingredients:                                                                                                                               100 g of mix,

2 eggs,

230 ml of milk,

2 spoons of sugar,
2 spoons of oil + 0.5 spoon for frying.                                                                                                             
Preparation method:All the ingredients put into the bowl and mix it by the mixer to obtain a smooth paste with the consistency of thick cream. On the pan warm up half spoon of oil. Then  pour a thin layer of dough and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden- brown color.

Prepare :
4 eggs
100 g of sugar
16 g of vanilla sugar
200 ml of oil
250 g of mix                                                                                                                                     7 g of Bezgluten baking powder                                                                                                        100 g of dark or milk chocolate                                                                                                         12 molds muffin                                                                                                                         Grind the eggs with sugar by the mixer at top speed for 5 minutes to obtain a light, fluffy mass.Then  reduce the speed for lowest, and add the oil, mix and  baking powder.Mix until solid mass.At the end, add the chopped chocolate and stir gently with hands.Pour dough into prepared  molds and bake in 170 degrees  for about 25 minutes until golden- brown surface (we recommend baking without convection).
