Cakes and other sweet desserts, often owe their aroma, flavor and texture to minor baking ingredients. Their role in the baking process is virtually invaluable, and it is hard to find gluten free baking ingredients. We do, however, have them on offer, because we know that they are often contaminated with gluten during the production process.
