Gluten free sponge cake mix 500g

Ingredients: gluten free wheat starch, corn starch, potato starch, sugar, glucose, thickeners: guar gum, E464; fibre patato, acidity regulator: E575; raising agnet: sodium carbonate.

 Suitable for people intolerant to gluten.

Gluten free brioche
Ingredients:
1 level teaspoon of gluten free baking powder,

120 g of sugar,
80-100 g of oil,

200 g of Gluten free sponge cake mix,

1 vanilla sugar,

4 eggs.
Preparation: Beat egg whites with sugar into a stiff, add sequentially egg yolks, oil, gluten free sponge cake mix and vanilla sugar. Mix all ingredients gently into a solid mass. Put the dough in a greased mold.  Bake in the oven in 180°C for 45-50 minutes.

Gluten free sponge cake
Ingredients:

1 level teaspoon of gluten free baking powder,

60 g of sugar,

200 g of gluten free sponge cake mix,

5 eggs.
Preparation: Beat egg whites into a stiff, add sequentially egg yolks, gluten free sponge cake mix mixed with baking powder and mix all gently into a solid mass.Put the dough in a greased mold. Bake in the oven in 180°C for 45-50 minutes.
