Ingredients: 120 g Bezgluten universal mix, 10 g PKU Bezgluten egg substitute, 40 ml water, 2 tablespoons sugar, 250 ml low-protein PKU milk drink or vegetable drink or water, 2 tablespoons oil, ½ tablespoon oil for frying,
Preparation: Beat the egg substitute with water using a mixer. Mix all the ingredients with the prepared egg substitute mix with a mixer to obtain a smooth batter. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan. Then pour a thin layer of dough and fry until golden brown on both sides.
