Concentrates and blends
Many people starting a gluten-free diet wonder if they manage to prepare gluten free versions of their favorite flour dishes. What worries them most are the properties of the gluten free versions that differ from the classic products with gluten. We are happy to dispel their fears: don't worry! We made every effort to make gluten free cooking nice and easy. So how do you make gluten free bread? Just use one of our light or dark bread mixes:

- multigrain dark bread mix
- multigrain bread mix
Then all you have to do is to enjoy the aroma of a freshly baked loaf in your own home. Our gluten free bread mix is also available in low protein PKU version. If you want to prepare dumplings, pancakes, noodles, potato dumplings or pasta, we recommend using the Multi mix or pasta-pancake mix, and you will create excellent dishes without much effort.
No cook can also do without our all-purpose gluten free mix, which you can use in many different ways. A low-protein version of this flour is also available. Moreover, you can prepare sweet dishes with our gluten-free sponge cake or a low-protein crunchy cake. Do not forget about our gluten free baking powder, which is also on stock in our store. As you can see the diet does not have to mean limitation, with such a wide range of our mixes you can still enjoy the taste of all your favorite dishes.
